Thai Curry : Thai Style Curry Beef

Ingredients A

  • 500g beef, sliced
  • 300g potatoes
  • 50g sweet basil leaves

Ingredients B

  • 5 tablespoons Thai spicy chili paste
  • 3 pieces Thai lime leaves
  • 2 stalks lemongrass (sliced)

Ingredients C

  • 100ml thick coconut milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Method for Cooking Thai Style Curry Beef:

  1. Put Ingredients B in pot, stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add in all Ingredients A and stir-fry evenly, cover to cook.
  3. Pour in Ingredients C and stir-fry well, remove and serve.


This dish may be served with dry noodles.
