Malaysian Curry : Pineapple Curry Crab



  • 2 fresh flower crab (cut into quarters)


  • 1 small pack seafood curry powder
  • 200g coconut milk
  • 1 spike curry leaf


  • ½ pineapple (sliced)


  • 1 tablespoon each sugar, salt

Method for Cooking Pineapple Curry Crab :

  1. Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Fry Ingredients B until fragrant.

  2. Pour in Ingredients C. Pour in 1 cup of water. Bring to boil.

  3. Add Ingredients A. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  4. Add ingredients D. fry evenly. Remove from flame. Serve.
