Malaysian Curry : Curry Fresh Squid



  • 500g medium squid (rise and set aside)


  • 1 brinjal (cut into half)
  • 2 red chili (cut into halves)
  • 1 tomato (cut into pieces)


  • 200g mix seafood curry
  • 1 tablespoon fish curry powder
  • 1 spike curry leaf (take leaves)


  • 200g coconut milk
  • ½ cup assam juice

Method for Cooking Curry Fresh Squid :

  1. Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Fry Ingredients C over medium heat till fragrant. Add coconut milk. Fry for another 5 minutes.

  2. Pour in Ingredients A and B. add 1 cup of water and assam juice. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
