Malaysian Curry : Chicken With Chili


Ingredients A

  • 300g boneless chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Malaysian sambal paste
  • 2 stalks lemongrass (cut half)
  • 1 stalk torch ginger (cut half)

Ingredients B

  • 1 piece aluminum foil
  • 1 piece banana leaf
  • Some cucumber
  • 1 lime

Method for Cooking Chicken With Chili:

  1. Mix Ingredients A and marinate for 3 hours. Put banana leaf on aluminum foil.
  2. Spread Ingredients A on banana leaf and wrap it up. Put it into oven.
  3. Bake at 200C for 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve with cucumber and lime.


You can replace chicken meat with beef, mutton of fish.
