Malaysian Curry : Barbeque Chicken Wings with Spicy Sauce


Ingredients A

  • 10 chicken wings (slashed)
  • 2 tablespoons thick soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • Salt, to taste

Ingredients B

  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 slices young turmeric


Method for Cooking Barbeque Chicken Wings with Spicy Sauce:

  1. Grind Ingredients B and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix Ingredients A and marinate for 30 minutes, stir in the juice of Ingredients B and marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Arrange chicken wings on griller and grill until golden brown. Serve.

Tip:

You can use either 10 chicken wings or 5 chicken drumsticks.
