Indian Curry : Vegetable Kurma Curry


Ingredients A

  • 150g cabbage
  • 150g cauliflower
  • 100g carrot
  • 1 eggplant
  • 3 long beans
  • 5 lady's finger
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 snake gourd

Ingredients B

Ingredients C

  • 500ml coconut milk
  • Salt, to taste


Method for Cooking Vegetable Kurma Curry:

  1. Put Ingredients B in pot, bring to boil, add in all Ingredients A, cover the pot.
  2. Pour in Ingredients C, bring to boil, remove the lid. Serve.

Tip:

You can replace cabbage and cauliflower with your favorite vegetables.
