Indian Curry : Stingray with Snake Gourd Curry

Ingredients A

  • 500g stingray fish (cut into pieces)
  • 100g carrot
  • 1 eggplant
  • Salt, to taste

Ingredients B

  • 5 tablespoons Indian Curry Paste
  • 1 big onion (sliced)
  • 1 snake gourd (scrap skin, remove pulp, cut into slices)
  • 1 drumstick (cut into slices)
  • 4 cups water

Method for Cooking Stingray with Snake Gourd Curry:

  1. Cook Ingredients B in pot, add in carrots and eggplant, cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Add in stingray fish and salt to taste, cover the pot, cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove and serve with cooked rice.


Besides stingray fish you may replace with other fresh fish.
