Indian Curry : Deep Fried Curry Chicken

 

Ingredients A

  • 5 chicken chop (cut into 3 pieces each)
  • 3 tablespoons shallot juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic juice

Ingredients B

  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt


Method for Cooking Deep Fried Curry Chicken:

  1. Marinate Ingredients A together with sugar for 30 minutes, add in Ingredients B with salt and marinate for 3 hours.
  2. Fry chicken in heated oil until cooked. Serve.

Tip:

Marinating chicken overnight will make it even tastier.
